It is obvious both USATF and USADA have been covering for Nike for years. It looks like AIU was formed in 2017 for this very reason, to maintain independence and credibility.

What happens if she finishes in the top 3 in the final and "makes" the Olympic team? USATF won't be able to kick Houlihan off the team because of the decision of the US court, but they also won't be allowed to submit Houlihan's name to World Athletics/IOC as an Olympic competitor because of the decision of the international court.

How do you think this will eventually get resolved?

Why does she have the american records still?

Shouldn't they technically be deleted?

I don't get that.

So who really owns the american records at this point in the 1500 and 5000?

Also on a side note this is some bull crap that her records are still allowed to hold up.

Her ban is 4 years from tye time she tested positive. She had never missed a test or tested positive before. Her records were set when she was negative.

The question I have with those results is, why is Sha'Carri Richardson listed as 1st in the 100 and Brianna McNeal listed as 2nd in the 100 hurdles? Both have been banned. When is USATF going to update the official results?

Well they are slow, that will happen sooner or later.

The real question is: why was McNeal allowed to compete while banned? So far all the other banned athletes (plus Salazar) remained banned while appealing to CAS.

Recently Brenda Martinez (a New Balance athlete) had the same problem

But Brenda was not provisionally suspended by AIU, as USADA handled that case. As pointed out, AIU had a history of publishing all their provisional suspensions. In fact, that was part of their mission so people would start trusting IAAF despite their often criticized silent bans (that then in part got revoked behind closed doors when the $$$$ was right).

Now we learned that WA (IAAF) was handing out a silent ban again. So far for an unknown reason.

Bottomline is Houlihan has proven herself to be too untrustworthy.

She sounds so scammy.
