The prosecution wants a 3 week extension on the status conference and proposal for going forward. They admit that they are still analyzing the impact of the new presidential immunity doctrine.
Note that the request for an extension (1) makes sure to say that Special Counsel is subject to DOJ rules and (2) notes that they are coordinating with other DOJ "compartments."
The prosecution is scrambling to figure out if they have a case left. Those bogus evidence rulings by SCOTUS have just about killed it. I think what they are considering is filing charges against the rest of the co-conspirators, where they can at least get all the evidence against Trump into the public record even if they can't convict him with it. And also get the rest of those slimeballs. Eastman and Clark for sure need to spend time in federal prison.
