80% sounds about right. Three R's have said they will vote for the resolution, so they only need one more.
But watch out if the number grows to 8 or 10. That would be a sign of weakening support for the orange doofus.

The longer they go without voting on it the higher the probability that more will vote against it. It’s really late in the game, but if they move against Trump’s wishes it’s a clear indication of GOP finally hedging and obviously it represents a public distancing from him.

The obstruction case is laughable, as he has a written memo Rosenstein for Comey's firing, internal FBI committee recommendations to fire McCabe, etc. Remember folks, the entire investigation has now been exposed as a total fraud in and of itself. Good luck selling obstruction of a fake investigation.

stories out of DC are saying that R Sens are telling Trump that the senate will vote against Trump on this. So the R senators are saying 'hey look there are other pools of money - go get them instead.' Giving Trump a way out. Trump can cancel the emergency and say 'I have found the money elsewhere, and the emergency is so grave I need to move quickly. I know the courts will stall my official emergency, so I've decided to use other money.'
Solid chance that will happen.

Trump has every legal right to give security crises. As he has the right to give classified info to russians and fire the FBI director. Our system is not set up to constrain a malevolent president.
Best that democracy can do is for the House to call in Kelly, Mcgahn and ask them under oath why Kushner wasn't supposed to get a security clearance.
