I’m going to say that the House will impeach Trump. I would say it’s a 100% chance and it happens in less than 6mo.
It sounds like based on Cohen’s testimony they will almost certainly subpoena others to provide corroborating testimony.
It also seems like Mueller will be wrapping up soon as well.
I think Cohen is telling the truth TO THE BEST OF HIS ABILITY. He really has no reason to lie at this point.
Also the Senate will NOT convict. That’s also a slam dunk 100%.

Well, you are correct the House will impeach Trump...getting easier and easier to make that prediction now.
You are NOT correct about the Senate. The Senate WILL convict Trump, unless Trump resigns first or dies or there is a criminal action that prevents it or aliens from space make it not so.
The mostly likely scenario is that Trump resigns after the Senate comes to him and tells him they have the votes to convict. He would be wise to do that...some sort of deal to resign in exchange for some charges being dropped or potential prison sentence being lessened. This is the type of deal that Spiro Agnew got as Vice President. Kind of a shame, but getting Trump out of office is paramount and must be done by any legal means possible, even if it means he escapes lots of prison time.
You expect too much of politicians.
Another eye opening bit of information from Cohen....Trump doesn’t text....Trump doesn’t email....
Trump is a smart con man and crook.
I’ve said this all along....plausible deniability.
There will be enough reasonable doubt in the Senate and enough blind loyalty in the public (his popularity isn’t going to drop below 35-40%) that the GOP won’t have to convict.
Unless there’s a “Nixon Tape” type of release, which I don’t think there will be, he will continue on to 2020 and lose my a landslide. Maybe even lose Texas. The Republicans are already overplaying their hand and reaching for emotional life lines.
