oh my gosh. are you reputation dot com or Dan Baxley? Or a really bored troll? You're kidding right? 2nd half runners negative split by minutes - a few minutes - not a few hours. And even when they negative split, their splits don't go from hobby jogger splits to elite splits as per RR100. It doesn't happen.

Wow, you really made yourself look dumb there. She could be the best 2nd half runner on the planet and she's not going to drop that much time. Off you go now:)

Does anyone have a major media outlet contacts that can be brought into this investigation? Runners world? Sports Illustrated? NY or LA Times? Please list names and phone numbers of potential investigative reporters that can pick this up and really uncover it all. This is probably bigger than Kip Litton. Badwater and ultra cheating. Guinness world record fraud. Illegal Boston Qualifying times and reporting. A little bit for every type of running interest.

I don't care who you may have helped at one point in your life. Cheating, lying, and running over others does not ever justify inappropriate conduct like this.

Don't try and lump "these guys"in with PM. A simple search and you can quickly see that Darren is a 3:07 Boston marathoner, 36 hr Badwater finisher, and 11 hour ironman. This is not about back of the packers who have a grudge against PM. It's about PM cheating in every aspect of this sport. I don't care if you are in the front or back if the pack, cheating needs to be called out.

Darren is legit. It appears as though 3 racers and roughly a dozen crew people are willing to come forward about Parvaneh and at least some of them (3 racers, now sure about crew) have, but AdventureCorps hasn't done anything about it, likely to prevent their race from looking like a joke. A world record holder cheating is not a small story, though, and it seems that this is going to get out. From talking to people, I am wholly convinced that she cheated and that this is a huge story.

I'm not part of the Marathon Maniacs crowd, but know some runners who were once deep in it. They say that a lot of the extreme MM people are habitual cheaters. Most folks just don't care what the back of the pack is doing.

a 3:07 Boston, 36 hr Badwater, and 11 hour ironman are respectable (and then some) for those events. I can't believe folks would question Badwater as an accomplishment since it is more than 5 standard marathons covered in a day and a half and over significant elevation.

And I love the lame-ass defense of PM as a "second half" finisher. WTF?! Sorry, try, fourth 5th because she crashed on the fifth one. 4:30:59 4:48:16 5:54:06 4:01:50 5:34:07 .

Do we know he didn't cheat at these - especially the 36 hr Badwater? That time just doesn't line up with his other BW's where he conveniently just made it under the cutoff each time. Where was the 307? That definitely does not jive with his very slow ultra times. Was it a course that could be cut?

Since the guy wrote 3:07 Boston...I'm guessing the 3:07 was at Boston.

Darren is not on trial here. I know the dude personally. If you want to try out "the back if the pack" at Badwater sometime give it a shot. I dare you. Darren does not take the ez route by cheating or quitting. He deals with whatever is thrown at him in life straight up. He has had severe heat and vomiting issues the past few BW but that guy is one of THE toughest mothers I know. He would seriously prefer to die before allowing himself the easy route of a DNF. Did you see some of the talent that DNF'd this year at BW? You want to question David Goggins toughness next? He DNF'd this year at mile 45! Darren did not. Move on.
