I've slowed this down.
In the huddle, one or more ICE officers shout 'GUN'. This caused another officer to draw his sidearm.
Another officer removed the man's sidearm, and then walked away, but it was discharged negligently (see for yourself).
i am not disputing that LEO took his gun, in this amazing video you can actually see the slide go back as the LEO NDs the gun. I dont know if this was the first shot, but we know the LEOs had already taken the decisoin to disengage in order to potentially fire.
I dont knwo what AP was reaching for, or what he had in his hand when he was being shot. it may well have been a phone. However it shows from the LEO standpoint that they knew he was armed and they knew he ws reaching for his holster area and they saw a black object in his hand.

Why are you lying about him not reaching for his gun in the scuffle? Why did this guy show up armed with extra ammo to a peaceful protest? If he was licensed to carry, why wasn’t he carrying any ID? Why was he fighting in the first place? Uh huh. May as well ask you when did you stop beating your old lady? Don’t say you never did that. We have it on good authority you’re bloodthirsty.

Meanwhile, I have called out the multiple bs peddlers that claimed that the victim drew his gun on ICE. Why is it always the same type of posters that are incapable of refraining from lying?

We can agree and disagree on this one depending on perspective. i agree that he was probab ly holding his phone when he was shot, however others may have been unsighted.
He was on all fours when the shooter took the decision to pull his gun. the other LEOs then disengage. at the same time another LEO takes his gun. APs hand goes down and to the right, which is towards his holster area and the shooter fires.
It looks like the shooter could a) have possible have seen that the holster was empty, but APs jacket was flying around and b) not been able to see APs right hand clearly due again to the jacket. But maybe shooter had already opened fire or taken the decision to open fire and these two points are irrelevant - probably.
In this confusion when you cant see his hands, when he is acting violently, when you dont know where the gun is but you know there is one - boom.
