Exchange/transfer its all the same. Milligan isn't as good as they think. They will get beat at nationals in XC and once track season start they don't have anything but distance runners.
Exchange students are not the same as transfer students. You're just next level dumb and don't now he difference
How many programs are really good across multiple event groups?
Cumberlands won indoor and outdoor while scoring only distance points and pole vault.
Unless you're Cumberlands every NAIA school has to manage a small scholarship allotment. Even Indiana Tech who has dominated on the track in indoor isn't even that good at distance besides Voyles.
St. Mary win program of the year a couple years back on the men’s side with just distance points and one good sprinter.
That same year St. Francis’s women won program of the year with all of their points coming from distance events.
I think you could point to more really good distance programs that aren’t powerhouses in sprints/field than the other way around. Milligan is at least solid in sprints and a true powerhouse in distance
Agree to some extent that Milligan has a deep distance program. One sprinter doesn't make it a good program as they can't get a sprint relay to qualify for nationals. Outside of that the rest of the events are weak. Nothing on jumps or throws.
Indiana Tech has seen its fair share of success in distance. Recently placed top-20 nationally in 2021 and 2022 on the women side. They even won men's program of year three straight years. Have had individual All-american honors (not named Voyles), track national qualifiers, and All-american/national champion relays. Yes, Voyles did factor in a ton of their success. But they've had many other accolades on the distance side. Agreed it's not on par with a Milligan, Cumberlands, St Mary, etc... but wouldn't go as far to say they aren't that good

They're a top 20 team in distance which is basically what Milligan usually is on the track that's why I compared the two.

Maybe they should get some exchange students. I believe you called them that because they're not white right?

My bad douce I used the wrong word and meant a transfer. Actually I am of color so hard to be racist but nice try.
And you can be a person of color and still be a racist. So it appears you are leaning towards ignorant with a few of your statements even if its unintentional.

It has been two years since they were even solid in distance, with Voyles. Based on roster sizes and their performance last week, I do not envision top 20 this year either
With Gans Creek coming, there has been talk about the luxuries that the big dogs have- Cumberlands, Taylor, Milligan,The Masters, IWU, Indiana Tech like low cost of attending, seemingly endless scholarship money, connections to internationals, facilities, even tradition. What NAIA schools do the most, with the least resources?

My best bets would be
1. St. Mary (gets the most out of the schools that don’t have much)
2. St. Francis (probably has the least out of any national qualifying school)
3. Grace (the school just recently received a 27 mill dollar endowment so maybe not anymore)
4. Kansas Wesleyan
5. Formerly would have said grand view but they have pretty much fallen apart the past few years
