Brosnan tampered with two student-athletes enrolled at other
institutions prior to entering the transfer portal, according to the NCAA Committee on Infractions.
Brosnan failed to cooperate with the investigation, leading to a
bifurcated case that allowed the Bruins to begin serving their one year
of probation that expires next month. UCLA was subject to recruiting
restrictions last fall, a vacation of records and a $5K fine. Brosnan
has been hit with a one-year show-cause order.
