Defense attorneys have fought hard to enter not only that knife, but a matching Facebook photo of the alternate suspect, both key pieces of evidence in next week's November 6th "last chance" Motions hearing in Montgomery County Courtroom 4A.

That picture could easily stem 1,000 words. Zarate may or may not have been there with this teammate, but he sure is taunting investigators in a heightened time like this. Was he the Marylander that picked up after Eisenhauer in the days between the killing and the arrest? Clearly someone did DE's dirty laundry, or even dirty work for that matter. Zarate was Eisenhauer's closest competitor and friend dating back to their high school running days here in Montgomery County (MD).

i have the # of the blonde gentleman in question. assuming he still has the 301#, that phone was OFF for the days of Jan 26, 27, and 29. It did ping in Bluefield WV on the 28th and Statesville NC (vicinity) on the 25th.
