I see you've removed the words "very serious legal matter" from your latest comments. I guess "your people" advised you against continuing to lie. And who is TimmieAS? I recognize the other names in your intro, but not that one. Seriously.

34 minutes on the treadmill yesterday....rain
47' during lunch hour. 5' shower. 3' to change. 2' for a banana. Could have run 3' more. Damn.

Another longish aerobic run today: 89' at a modest clip. Some barefoot striders on the field followed, then a good stretching session.

Yesterday, no run.
Today, for exactly 35 min. AHR 142 MHR 157. Six minute walk cooldown, drizzly day.
Did some work on my form today. Didn't have much time so I cut it short.
2 mile warmup
4x100 intervals
3x200 intervals
1 mile cooldown
All done barefoot in the grass.
VO2 session: 6 x 1K at Daniels I pace off 3 minutes recovery.
Did my first ever 1/2 marathon. Ran 1:12! Was very consistent and had originally hoped for 1:15. Flat course.

Nice one.
Had a race today as well, 21.4km straight up a mountain. About 16.4k went well. Kept cramping up in hip flexor and quad until the end and dropped from 2nd to 5th in the last 3k. Led between 4-10.5km, disappointing end to the race but gave it a good crack.
Also raced 10K. Was in my Fila socks (first pair out of the closet in the dark). As anticipated twas a little chilly. Felt good though. 38:45. Good atmosphere. Socks are wasted. But the holes which formed and foot impression on the fabric, is better than any gait analysis apparatus i have ever used...
45:00 on the bike the past two PM's but my left PF is driving me crazy again. Could it be the bike pedal that is causing the aggravation?
I plan a 5-mile run with a friend this afternoon.
