Well, I've run it in 2:28 and 2:32, so I think I know what I'm talking about. Look me up as it shouldn't be too hard to figure out (same first and last name, if that helps:))

Any moron knows that you can bike it faster and get to every mat. Kip did not fly and unless he had a crew of different cars and people helping, he BIKED IT! I have never went from point to point, but I have biked it and could easily have done the same thing. The moron talking about the causeway is just that, a moron. You ride right on the shoulder, especially at that pace. With the leaders, NO WAY!!! as you would be stopped and removed quickly. At 2:50 pace, EASY.

Wouldn't his family have busted him if he is flying to Boston with his bike and then hauling it in and out of the hotel room on race day? Did he ride his bike over the timing mats? On the SOKLR site there are several pics of him running at several different spots.

I think Mr. Singer has taken a little artistic license with the article. I did eat at the other Wendy's in town yesterday. (#1 Combo - no mayo, no tomato)

There isn't a place to sit under a picture of Dave Thomas there either. And there was no music piped in to play whatever song he said was playing during the interview. Now I can't remember now if there was music at the other Wendy's. Maybe another trip there on Monday.

Not that it matters in the guilt and psychological issues Litton has, but I did find the embellishment interesting.

How do you independently verify and fact-check where someone sat at Wendy's and what music was playing during a specific part of the interview?

I think you're getting too defensive to be credible

1) Fact checker spoke to Wendy's manager and confirmed table location and presence of wall photograph in that spot;

2) Audio of interview has music in background.
