You do not have a clue! IF there were "Miranda issues," dismissed charges NOT mistrial. A judge will throw out a shoplifting charge due to Miranda, in theory. Said murder charge will not be dismissed due to Miranda.

Keepers and her cell phone GPS maintain she was not there during the slashing. Eisenhauer may have been on a date with the 13 yr old girl like her iPhone texts indicated, for all we know she was snatched up or kidnapped by the same creeps from the neighboring August 2009 double murders. Eisenhauer's defense will without a doubt cast a light on the possible "Craigs creek rd serial killer" reappearing.

WDBJ7, WSLS and Sports Illustrated said this eisenhaur guy opened up his mouth in jail and "spilled the beans" to at least 3 other prisoners. Those prisoners turned out to be informants, according to all 5 of his attorneys, and they want all of his damaging comments thrown out.
I thought he was and Keepers were in solitary confinement by themselves??
