2. If not, do you deny that he should serve a formal suspension?

I just caught up with this thread and I'd reemphasize this because there's a lot of back and forth with these sock puppet accounts. Fortunately the posts themselves are downvoted enough to skim around but still, now that this thread is 20+pages, I think it's worth it to just ignore these posts. Any evidence that would actually exonerate Seth or Rowan won't be posted anonymously on Letsrun. And if any of the sock puppet accounts or Seth's team do want to attempt exoneration, they'll need to provide a robust explanation for what happened at Iowa State, the conversation that took place between Dimit and Coach Sudburry, and an explanation for the emails featured (preferably one that doesn't contradict previous statements like saying they're fake but then also that they're seeking litigation because they leaked the emails).

To reiterate for those who don’t understand this line. This means he didn’t take it as a performance enhancer. This also doesn’t mean he didn’t take it since his mom allegedly said he took it for rehab. Which, again, is still grounds for suspension by WADA and NCAA.

If the freshman at Rowan does end up getting kicked off, I'm sure any of the other schools in the metro region would be happy to take him on board. He'd get to compete against Rowan and rub it in their face. TCNJ, Haverford, Swarthmore?

He explicitly told them not to do that, yet they continue on in blatant disregard. After reading their comments, I think I know why he didn't want them speaking...
