It's funny that you are accusing me of not knowing HS running while also refusing to answer my question. Do you need help with it?
Alan Webb ran 4:05 as a Soph and then 3:51 as a Senior. Was that 14 second improvement reasonable, or must we go the Astro way and say it had to be doping?

You are so clueless about high school running that you don't even realize that there is no one specific amount of time as to how much a runner will improve between their sophomore and their senior year.
Agreed, but they do track who is trending on social media and websites like this. 22 pages and counting! Multiple threads. 157.46. 19 years old. 3 upcoming Olympics in her prime. Her deal will be huge!

Sponsors don't care about the few dozen regular posters here on Letsrun.
Sponsors care somewhat about social media, but Wiley only has 5,000 followers which isn't very many.
When someone says that a person is on track to run a time, that is partially a subject statement (owing to what does "on track" mean). That is why I am asking you what you believe a normal progression would be from Soph to Sr year. I know it may be hard for you to understand.
Also, you're a MORON who doesn't understand that a 1600 is enroute to a mile. So, when Webb ran a 3:53 MILE, he passed 1600 in 3:51.

comedy right here.
side note: i know webb was always talented from early on, but I can't help but be suspicious of his muscular physique.

Her deal may not be as big as you think it will be. There are a few factors that could increase her deal.
- As was pointed out, she doesn’t have a big social media presence. I’m not a huge social media person and have mixed feelings on but companies like it for the impact it can have on their brand. That impact can be negative or positive and companies weigh all of that very carefully.
- If she can replicate what she is doing now with a different coach that monitors her physiologic parameters very closely.
Brussels is going to be very interesting. In addition to Wiley, there are some other very talented young ladies running. Still shocked that Haylom is only 17! (If DOB is correct). I think Wiley could do very well considering she is probably peaking when most others were probably trying to peak at worlds. It will be exciting to watch.
Chiara Dailey - 4:42 / 2:09 as a Freshman. Just ran the same 3m XC course 70+ seconds faster than last year.
Beth Leachman - 9:19 3000m as a Freshman and could run low 4:30s right now in Soph XC season
Are they not "on track" enough for you? They are much closer than Webb was to what he eventually did. If they are reasonably "on track" are they necessarily dopers? Do you think Wiley ruined High School running for them by making the 1600m record unobtainable? Please enlighten (lol - it's already been made clear you actually know nothing.)

That's the big "if" in this whole thing, replicating her current times with a different coach. Will Wiley agree to move to a pro team? Or will Wiley refuse a deal that requires her to leave Lauren Johnson?
I bet that Wiley won't agree to leave Lauren Johnson.
