This has crossed my mind in recent days. She was very close to Salazar. Her college and pro careers were directly engineered by him. Both she and her family had an immense amount of trust in Salazar. He was a second father figure to her and he was always around her. Jordan is also a devout Catholic girl and it is rumored that Salazar was heavily involved in that aspect of her life. IMHO, this appears to fit into classic patterns of grooming.
She has been the quietest former NOP athlete through this entire saga. She is active on social media but never addressed the demise of the program. For a long time, her IG posts were philosophical and focused on topics like overcoming and personal growth. When Nike shut down NOP, she had already de-camped Portland and returned to her family home. Not coincidentally, her performances dropped off of the cliff almost immediately after leaving. I have always wondered why this happened? It's odd for someone in their prime marathon years to suddenly go from knocking on the door of longer distance American records to getting beat by locals at half marathons. I also find it strange that a company known for disposing of dimming athletes quickly has kept her on the payroll despite no top results since Boston in 2019.
Others who left the group also dropped off a cliff performance wise. Perhaps they felt guilty about all the thyroid medication and other sketchy stuff that enhanced their performance.
I don’t think the victim wants to have anything to do with Nike. Pretty confident it’s not Hasay. I also don’t think it’s Cain or Goucher.

That's a good question. I'm not sure. It was sort of the same thing even when Salazar was banned by Wada. What was stopping him and Rupp from saying that their relationship goes beyond running so they keep in touch in that capacity? I'm looking now and it seems WA recognizes decision by each federation, so the safesport ban would still stand regardless of country.

There is no way someone at USATF leaked it. Only a handful of people on staff would have access to the document, and knowing who those people are, there's just no way.
I don't think anyone in the USOPC or Center for SafeSport would leak it either. I agree with AW Red and White that it was most likely one of the victims who leaked it to the press.
