re Templier, in the workout video released today though she was with group 2 it looked like she did not do the full 1200s but dropped out at maybe 800? So probably still working on regaining fitness.
At this point it may be better if she redshirts XC season, assuming she didn't RS a season at Portland. As good as this team is this season they'll be even better next season. If I am not mistaken Rauber will be the only one out of eligibility.

Templier did not redshirt a XC season at Portland, so she can do so this year and have 2 years of eligibility remaining.
Every single woman on the roster CAN come back, although Rauber and Armitage need waivers for the 2023 and 2025 XC seasons, respectively.
