I'm a former competitive runner in my 30's and now I lift weights and drink more than I used too. My body has definitely changed but not that much for the worse (racing weight 160, now I'm 190). I still get looks from younger and middle aged women and recently got asked for my number by a 17 year old.
The take away here is for optimal health and a manly appearance, keep the running minimal as to not waste away muscle mass, eat your protein, lift weights regularly and live a happy life that doesn't involve pounding your body in the ground for minimal reward. Get laid, get paid and have some fun. Life if short, don't spend the majority of it logging miles....

The only thing that matters for body for male attractiveness to women is being tall or at least not short, and being not fat. The formula for attractiveness (excluding face) is like
3^1 * y + 3^0 * z
where y in { tall = 2, avg height = 1, short = 0 }
and x in { fit = 2, pudgy = 1, fat = 0 }

I'm sure that's mindblowing to most of you who have spent most of your life trying to "figure out women," but they are just... PEOPLE. Women can't be figured out, nor can men, nor can people. We are all over the place, some of us making a bit of sense and other people making none at all with their crazy beliefs and preferences. You'll do a lot better in dating if you stop trying to figure it out. I've never thought that "women" wanted anything in particular other than a smart, caring, exciting guy - all qualities I have strived for throughout my life - and I have never been single for more than a month or two except for one time when I chose to take a break from relationships for a couple of years.

Your reply - mere assertion devoid of argumentation, let alone persuasion - is an indictment of whatever formal education you received and leaves homeschooling unbruised. My formal education consisted of both public and private schooling yet as an adult I sat in on a homeschooling class - interestingly held at a YMCA in one of the USA's wealthiest towns - and was thoroughly impressed with the class.
Further, and this, too, illustrates an irony in your post, much of the underperformance associated with public schools is attributed to poor family structure - kids with no father around, born out-of-wedlock in poverty - which rather supports those in this thread opposing the sexually promiscuous lifestyle you might be defending. Maybe you should brush up on forensics. You could do it... at home.
