Yea once in a while I am bummed I don't have cable but thankfully I was able to get that link and watch on my computer. Not being smug.

Agreed. Why aren't lapped runners pulled from the race or relegated to the outside lanes before they can mess up the finish like that.
I don't know if it would have changed the order of the top 3, but Saina, Huddle, and Infeld earned the right to duke it out without Jordan Hasay getting in the way.

Yep, Saina made a very strategic move when she saw traffic up ahead. There was definitely some contact with Huddle, but hey, that's racing.

I wonder if we should have a new rule. You're lapped your race is over. Or you get lapped and you're not out in lane 5, your race is over.
And did Huddle lose her balance at the end? It was weird, she sort of started putting up her hands but I wasn't sure why. Some of the Kenyan dudes race their hands at the finish no matter what. It was almost like that but she only went halfway up.
