Another bit of circumstantial evidence I used to use was that I felt that no way that Adam would stand for a minute Kara being doped or working with a doping coach. Looks like now he was just gritting his teeth through it....

Agreed. Salazar's facing less innuendo and circumstantial evidence than Mike Rossi did, and he was publicly exonerated.

Nothing new here. We always knew that NOPers are working in a grey zone. We always knew that Rupp was in testosterone since 13:37 in HS. The same with Mo Farah. A B-tier athlete, usually between 6th and 10th at majors... suddenly he went to Oregon, and boom, almost unbeatable.

Nothing surprised me except for the fact that Rupp appears to have been taking testosterone as a sophomore/junior in high school! I think this is going to fizzle. The thing is that Salazar is all about skirting the legal line, doing everything he can while keeping the tests coming back clean. Apparently he thinks if you're testing negative, you're not cheating.
And even if most of us know this is immoral and against the spirit of the sport, there's no definitive smoking gun here and probably will never be.
I think the way forward is to stigmatize his group enough that runners (and maybe even sponsors) don't want to be associated with it, not for fear of testing positive but because of the backlash, distrust, and stigma.
