Coach Soles, congratulations to you and your girls! That is a huge accomplishment and is hard to imagine another HS matching this! You should consider going after a 4x1500 or 4xMile national record if you have a strong 4th runner.

Time to delete the thread of someone tooting their own horn. Yes, they are are awesome at Great Oak. But these boys are on another level. Wow!
Sorry for tooting, I'll bow out and let you guys discuss other topics on LR. A big congrats to the boys from Gig Harbor, that is a truly amazing feat! :)
Coach Soles
Did anyone ever answer the question about a 4th girl.

Coach Soles
Do you have a 4th girl?
Our #4 girl ran 5:06/10:53 this season. We have state this week, Haley Dorris runs in the Adidas Dream Mile next week, and Haley and Destiny run Prooks PR the following week. Unfortunately we don't see an opportunity to attempt to break the record with this group this year...

Wow, that's the type of 4th girl a lot of teams would love to have. Basic math says the record is a slam dunk and that's just way too much food to leave on the table. Perhaps you might consider setting up a record breaking opportunity.
Sometimes as a coach you get lucky with two outstanding twins or 1 or 2 phenons from your feeder program, but when you have an outstanding 3rd and 4th girl means you are doing a whole lot of things right. Congrats and good luck at States.
