But too much negativity. So what can OP do to impress the ladies? Here we go:
1. BULK up goddamnit. I'm talking serious LBS here. 20-30lbs in the first year is not unheard of. Big compound exercises, lots of meat and protein.
2. Drop all running
3. After you gained 20-30 lbs you may resume some sprinting, this will help you achieve the sought after RIPPED/SHREDDED look.
4. Look into supplements. Fish oil, vit D, protein, BCAA. You need every bit of help you can get to get BUFF.
