in radical islam, you can only expose your ankles for lower body so all athletes must wear sweatpants. they would get killed for wearing shorts. this doesnt apply in little bit stable muslim countries because shorts are international uniform type so they let it slide.

Moving video. Like many others in the thread I'm interested in helping, but wouldn't want to endanger the athletes through donations that could make them a target.
Any letsrunners with non-profit / humanitarian aide experience care to chime in on the best way to support these athletes?
Is there anyway to get them here to the states to train? Man think about how well they could run if they had proper training grounds, equipment and food? Just imagine, they would prosper. I just hope that it would not be a threat to their families.
What would be more hardcore would be running through the streets of Detriot.
