pablo, I always assumed the point of Badger miles was just to pick a pace and base mileage off of that pace. I know Wisconsin does 7:00 but those guys are a hell of a lot faster than me so I have a slower pace set for my miles. I know for a fact that many of my morning runs start out very close to if not over 8:00 pace because I'm usually half asleep and my legs are stiff.
