half: 1:16:18 (I've only run two 1/2s in my lifetime so I'm very happy with this time)
marathon: 2:52:53 (my only marathon so far, which was done on inadequate training)

I suck too. Marathon was far more difficult.
I suck even more
1:24:30
3:14:55 (1st try at it). topped out at about 50mpw for the marathon; undertrained.

i've also run about 7 or 8 marathons and that PR was my 2nd one. I've run/walked as slow as 3:08..a couple times. Usually i'm in the 2:40's after typical bonking occurs.
the 66 (flat) was a great race, but i've run 67 (flat) & 68:30's as well.
marathon has not been kind to me.
What would be equal to the times listed below in the half marathon to the full marathon?
1:06
1:08
1:10
1:12
1:18:37
and
2:48:34
I am more proud of the half.
1:16:40 (on a relatively "fair" course - some ups and downs)
2:55:56 (NYC - first marathon)
Both in the same year, Spring then Fall.
Aiming to go under 2:50 in Boston this year.
I'm genuinely surprised I have the fastest time (of those yet posted). That shouldn't be taken to mean I'm elitest, just that I always felt like everyone else here was faster tham me (at least in their prime). Maybe I should feel better about my little piece of accomplishment in the sport. It always seemed so insignificant compared to the 1:02-ers of the world (let alone those better).
1:18 and 2:40
1:24 and 2:54. Much happier with the marathon but still working on it. I've never trained solely for a half before.
1:23 and 2:54...apparently 1:23/4 and 2:54 is a popular combination, given it's the third time it's appeared on this thread. Was pretty happy with both of them, but more so with the marathon just because it required more work.

Yet you either posted under a different name, or didn't post your times.
