Yep he is a 1:56 runner. Might turn 40 by July - not sure.

I wish I could collect that much.
Lots of great Masters Miler runners this past decade & prior. Hinton, Young, Sorenson, have made sub 4:20 a weekly event back in their Masters prime. I know T Y was under 4:10 Indoor about 6 times on the Oversized UW track and about 20 times indoor/outdoor. Sorenson ran 4:04 mile, Young 4:05 mile and Hinton a 3:49 1500m!! Good luck catching up to these three, BUT someone will eventually.

I am not sure how old Scott Weeks is (Syracuse Chargers), but he seems to always run right around 1:55 in the 800. He must be around 40 years old.
Is that not near the top?
Nope Scott 38 years old.
Maybe he just recently turned 39 then.
Not sure what's meant by calling Charlie "new blood" on the master's scene. Didn't he win the 1500 at worlds a year or two ago?
I have watched him rabbit at the Midwest Distance Gala for a number of years...he through about 1000m at 4:00y pace the year Andrew Springer ran, on perfectly even splits...this past year he rabbited both the 2 mile and mile, which were maybe half an hour a part...I believe he ran 2:01ish and 4:24ish, both perfectly even again. Dude is a stud, he just doesn't race a ton at masters national events or whatever. He is a regular winner of Chicago-area road races, 5k-half marathon. I'm pretty sure he's not a true miler by nature, either, but who am I to judge.
