I think the subject of this thread should simply be "why are people in general so stupid?" because it's a legit question and the problem is definitely not isolated to Georgia or any particular kind of people.
Remember, average IQ is 100. That is pretty low, relative to say, me.

Why don't you ask the guy who turned this into a thread about race instead of the guy who pointed out the fallacy of his statement?
I certainly defer to my esteemed colleague from the Far North. The question was which state has good snow drivers. If you're talking countries you guys beat us by at least half a lap.
I live in Chattanooga, right on the Georgia, TN border. I moved here from Kansas and the OP is right. The people here have no clue how to drive in snow compared to Kansas. Now I'm not saying Kansas drivers are awesome at it, but they are 300% better than the people here. Just in my neighborhood this morning I had to help four cars get "unstuck." It's not that they were really stuck, they just couldn't figure out how to go backwards to get your tires on something they could grip first. They were just spinning their tires trying to go forward over and over. They just don't get snow here enough to know what to do.
