As a marathon newbie I'll start posting my training weeks from now on as well.
Some background: I ran decently during college (1'50" and 3'44" 800M/1500m. During my PhD I backed off from running and focused on recreational mountain biking. In March of this year (at the age of 27) I picked up running, finishing a three day trail run in October and running 34' at a regional 10km two weeks later.
Now my aim is to run a first marathon in April (Rotterdam). The goal time is around 2h45. After this first try we will see where I set my future goals :-).
This weeks training (a lot of snow right now which makes a sub par training week.
