There was a female scientist talking to a male character before he went to the moon to investigate the obelisk thingy. There were other women in it too, including a stewardess on said moon flight.

Yeah, I didn't recall her having a line. I could be wrong, but I don't remember anything she said. I just know Mr. Pink was opposed to tipping her. The only other woman I recall in the movie was the one Mr. Orange shoots when he's trying to take her car. I don't think she said anything either. I can't believe I don't own this movie.
I don't think "Ice Station Zebra," which was allegedly Howard Hughes' favorite film, has any women in it.
