I know Portland gave the Oregon Ducks a run for their money at the Bill Dellinger Invite, but that was also without potential ncaa champ Rupp and comrade Wheating, who is capable of making a significant difference in the scoring. Nonetheless, last year Portland disappointed by placing 14th, and this year they are without Michael Kilburg, but they still have some strong veterans, i.e. Longmuir, Kinsella, and Kipchumba looks like he's making a big impact on the team. I think Portland will not be as strong when it comes to the 10k distance. I definitely think Kinsella will be ready for it, and I think Kipchumba and Longmuir will be ready to run strong for the 10k distance, but it's Portland's 4th and 5th guys that will raise their scoring. I still think Portland will be a top 10 team, however, and I wouldn't be surprised if they get as high as 5th.
