5:18 mi -- 4:27

Have a teammate who ran 5:20 in the mile and 21:34 in the 5k as a freshman and then ran a 4:35 and a 16:50 as a sophmore

I just saw this 10th grader at Running Lane (14:34) - Jimmy Wischausen. In the 9th grade, he ran (18:45 - 17:26).

I went from running 23:4x 5Ks at the end of XC (Oct.) to running 18:5x in a 5K in Nov.

Addy Wiley 4:37 to 4:26NR in ONE RACE.
