You didn't do anything wrong. You brought up a good point that I didn't think of- she is the best clean American.

It is the people who have to respond with the doubts who are wrong and are cowards.

It is getting old because decent, intelligent people can't have a sensible discussion without some loser bringing drugs into it.

Athletes do not have to prove that they are clean, it has to be proven that they are not. We cannot assume all are dirty and work from there.

Christin certainly deserves all of the success that she is getting right now. She has paid her dues, and has spent many years in the 4:50+ mile trenches. For the past six years, I have seen a steady improvement. It is kind of ironic to see that of all of the recent Ladyback Legends (Yoder, Kleinmann, etc.), she is experiencing the most post-collegiate success. Christin (along with Tracy Robertson)never got the respect she deserved in college. In the recent epidemic of emaciated runners, seeing Christin win is a breath of fresh air. We need more Christin Wurths and Erin Donohues. I know first- hand that Christin is as tough as nails, as I was one of her former teammates at Arkansas.

I am not really surprised that she could do this. Seems like 2 years ago she ran first place finish in a 800 race at prefontaine.

Anyway she works really hard. I see her at various places around Fay. and always works at it.

I know there's a presumption here that anyone caught doping, even at the end of her career, was doping for her ENTIRE career, but I don't think that's necessarily the case.

She works her ass off, wants to win, listens to her coach, and yes, she's not one of these emaciated head cases.

I think Coach Harter does a great job with his runners with respect to dietary and health issues.

Nice to see two former Arkansas women at or near the top of the professional ranks in the U.S. (Drossin being the other)

Nothing was done wrong. Some people over reacted on both sides. When you say someone has a clean record you are automatically bringing drugs into the discusion. This thread was about drug use. It was stated that the two people with faster times tested positive. I'm sorry but that is bringing drugs into the discussion. Also no one has accused her of using drugs. Why do people keep saying that? The only thing that has been broughten up is the people's beef with calling it the clean AR. There is no test that can tell you that someone did not use PEDs. Look at Marion Jones... she never tested positive. Christin ran an excellent time and looks to be on the way to have a great olympic year. I do not get why some of you are getting all defensive, because no one has said anything bad about her. Her record should be called the fastest american to run the mile indoors who has not tested positive for PEDs. As has been brought up before, just because someone has tested positive years after setting the record does not mean they were taking something when they set the record.

Sorry you are missing the point. If you are trying to assure everyone that she is clean when no one is saying she is dirty then you are missing it. I have never thought your sister was guilty. The point is that there are a lot of people that are upset about the drug use in our sport. The reality is that there are a lot of runners in our sport that want people to realize how bad our drug testing is and it is nothing personally against your sister.

I can say this...she is faster than 99% of the posters on here including myself. She looked great and I wish her luck as she heads to the great outdoors.

It also looked like she was going to pass the rabbit around 600. Maybe she could've run faster?

you are a troll trying to market her for more perks and meets by trashing MS and RG. you should try and get her a makeover and a sylist. that would help market her alot more than using backstabbing methods.

Here's a question: what was her time. There's a mention of her on the front page, a decent amount of love on this thread, but not her time.
