That is exactly what I was thinking. You look at her during her UNC days, cute as a button, now....I personally don't think supremely fit women age well; conversely super fit men generally do age well. Frank Shorter & Bill Rodgers as fair examples. I saw a photo of Deena taking an ice bath from the back, and my first impression was she looks like an old lady...on crack. I think for women this is a pact they make with the devil. This is not a criticism, just my visual take/instant reaction...ie. my first impression. Maybe that is why Carrie Tollefson is such an oddity in elite T&F...in that she actually looks like a woman...in the traditional sense.

Yep, It is common knowledge that Deena, Dibaba, and Radcliffe all have 27% body fat which gives them a huge advantage in winter XC races.
Thd way that they do this without looking obese is by drinking a pint of salmon oil every morning after their run.
It also cleanse their arteries for future cardiovascular disease.

That is why people like Haile Gebreselassie, Miruts Yifter, and others look somewhat older and sometimes much older than their true chronological ages.
