If they luck out, they come back immediately.

Some of us have been here from the beginning. Weldon was a huge inspiration way back when, running in his Let’s Run gear. And these boards are where it all began. Our celebration as fans of competitive running. Our own stories of progress, victory, and defeat. In…I don’t even know, 20+years, I’ve only posted anon. And I think that’s the majority of us lifers. How else could jab Malmo for a few decades without him knowing who. ;)
Damn. Jane is something to behold. That 5000 was beautiful. Her ramp up with 4 laps left was perfect. I mean, trolls be damned. If you’re not here to embrace the beauty of our sport, then die…figuratively speaking. It’s not about being hyperbolic or predicting anything outlandish—it’s about appreciating the heart, guts, and mental fortitude to run the legs out of everyone behind you. The vision and embodiment of Pre in today’s generational runners. Hell yeah!
kinda cheesy….but always grateful for the BroJos for carving out this niche. Whether we can still chase age-PRs, or are resigned to relive the spirit of racing vicariously through others…THANK YOU. And that’s to everyone who makes this MB as kickassss as it can be!

We need to stop acting like its going to be a competition whenever they are on the track together. Doris is a top 10 runner in the world… Jane just isn’t. It is as simple as that
It's one thing to objectively predict the outcome of a race, and another when you so BOLDLY try to predict the outcome as if you already know the result, while at the same time insulting the intelligence of those who you're messaging.
ADVICE:
Knowing WTF you're talking about is a good start before you start pontificating to people who actually DO know WTF they're talking about. IDIOT!!!!
