Depends on criminal history and if he purchased it legally. In any case, regardless if it was legal gun ownership, you can't pull it to shoot law enforcement. That is not legal. He deserved his fate.
The Republican party has gone full nazi. They are at war with all non-magats. There is nothing they wont excuse. ICE could break into your house and rape your wife and kill you kids they will say you deserved it because you once posted something critical about Trump.
Clearly this constitution and democracy isn't working anymore, we need trump to go full military dictator mode. Make America orderly and clean again.
