I just want to welcome the Leo Manzano Marble Falls meet to the list of ridiculously short courses that now invade the top list. Heard one kid had it at 3.02. My estimator, based on analysis has it at <4700m (2.92), even shorter than the Wax. Woodhouse at ~4750 and Southlake at ~4820.
I know ppl say Nike South/Texas A&M was 3.2, but my data shows them closer to 4960m.
This weekend was a nightmare for the results, as two girls' 2-mile meets invaded the boys 5k standings. They fixed one, but not the other.
Not that any of this matters... on to Championship Season

A&M is definitely a legit distance course. Nike South would only differ if they moved the finish up in front of the awards/announcer tower. If you have pics of where the finish line was for that race, I could tell you the difference.

The guy is mentally ill. He has registered and posted as a teenage girl, a middle school coach, a college coach, the fathers of a couple HS girls, the coach of an elite HS girl, and numerous bigoted and profanity laced names. What makes you think he wouldn't register as a HS coach? I'm pretty sure he did it to bash Leachman in a thread about the Footlocker race based upon the timeline of when it was registered, just two days before she won.

OK that's great, but he didn't register this account. I don't know (or care) who he is, but a casual glance at my posting history makes it obvious that me and 430 miler aren't the same. Like 3 minutes of research makes it totally clear.

Texas HS Coach is a real Texas High School Coach. It's not Barrett Dahl. He's been around on here a long time and posts about legit topics with coherent thoughts...something Dahl is incapable of.
