I'm guessing a combination of the weather and the quick turnaround time from Silesia. Here are the times from the two meets:
- Naser: 49.27 at Silesia -> 51.08 today
- Jaeger: 49.83 -> 50.09
- Bukowiecka: 50.16 -> 51.19
- Holmes: 50.18 -> 50.73
- Williams: 50.65 -> 53.05
Klaver is the only one who ran at Silesia who ran faster today: 50.53 -> 50.17.
