I'm not saying Mills isn't certain to be clean. He did have a big jump up when he switched camps in 2023, and as ThoughtsLeader correctly keeps pointing out, some of his teammates are Moroccan and so likely dodgy.
It's a case of something like : Habz 90% likely to be doping.
Mills 20% likely to be doping.
Kerr 5% likely to be doping.
Jake Wightman 1% likely to be doping.
Shockingly we’re on the same page here pretty much, though 90% is a little rich.
