I was replying to "Troll Detector" who said "there was no evidence, only presumptions and a dishonest prosecution". These factors are unlikely in a real criminal court with a real judge.
He's an example why people with anger issues and mentally ill individuals should not be allowed to own guns. I'll admit that society and the government are culpable for creating more mentally unstable individuals. Everyone is a product of their environment. Should he be free? Nope. But he is. More importantly, is he a risk to reoffend or pose domestic abuse risk to women? Hopefully not.
I think statistically, gun owners shoot a loved one more often than an intruder.
I mean, duh? Could say that about any act of violence.
