LancerTiming service locked up at the 7:04 mark in the W5000 heat 1.
If you can provide further results for other runners, much obliged for doing so.

Thank you!
Fresh out of college, Hertenstein is rollin'. 8:45/3k FTW last month, now a 5000 pr by 22 secs. Pete Julian & her are working out well.
But love what Donaghu gave us today. 8 sec pr, just missing her WC Q. Like Bailey, Ella's move to altitude to train with new people (Diljeet Taylor's new Nike-funded women's team) has reaped immediate rewards.
Cranny & Schweizer are still my go-to gals for the Tokyo team, but suddenly we have two new significant players on the US women's 5000 scene.
Your next moves, Katelyn & Parker.

There we go, that's our '28 Olympic team. 3 names that roll right off the tongue...the law firm of Rodenfels, Hertenstein and Plourde. Had an injury?
Is Plourde Canadian? No worries might be our 53rd State by then along with Greenland and Panama.

Halladay-Lowry is a year older than Valby, and Valby ran faster 13 months ago on that BU track than Halladay-Lowry did today.

well actually May Gapped Bunnage around 2000 but could not sustain and eventually Bunnage passed her in the last 400.
Bunnage now 6th performer/7th performance on a-t collegiate indoor 3000 list (first 5):
Tuohy 8:35.20
Markezich 8:40.42
Valby 8:41.50 & 8:42.29
Schweizer 8:41.60
Barringer 8:42.03If Amy can do this, what about Doris, Hilda and Pamela when they go all out?
Re: Kosgei, we'll find out in an hour or so as she's racing the 3000 at U-Dub.
Kosgei (NM frosh) - 8.44 at UW.
No dq? 4 steps inside the rail

Yep, saw that.
With the 3k on day 2 of NCAAs, expecting Lemngole, Olemomoi, Bunnage, and Kosgei to all compete. No runaway win like last year.
However, I'm more and more appreciating Tuohy's 8:35 CR. That's way out there. No one else has broken 8:40. Was Katelyn ever on a roll that winter.

its definitely her best record. I'm still surprised that Ramsden didn't beat the 4:24 last year

Ramsden I feel like was in sub-4/4:20 shape for 5-6 months last year and just never hit the right race. She will PB quickly as a pro I think.

Kosgei looked smooth in deep tow (through 6:40) courtesy of Venters, then got loose in the final lap, even tripping on the rail at one point.

Their arc of progression is starkly different. Lowry has developed much later. She's got a higher ceiling
