Too low or too high a cadence both look equally silly.
Someone said Moh Ahmed, and I've always thought he runs like he has a really weak core; with his head bobbling around, and his shoulders twisting. Definitely not cool.
To me, the most cool looking action is the most balanced. Someone who looks quite effortless, but who you can tell has a ton of power in their stride, and the ability to change gears quickly (a super low cadence runner won't be able to do this).
Kenenisa Bekele is the most obvious example.
