this might blow your mind, but there are some people out there who are concerned about the rights and welfare of others.
Not really. That’s the rare exception, not the norm. Most voters care about themselves way more than anything else. Some impressionable or gullible minds might get fooled into thinking something affects them and enormously or even that they must fight for others, but those are the stupids.
Ha ha ha hah, love it when I say something I truly mean and it gets 100% disliked. :)
I go to school in a state where abortion is basically completely banned. If worst came to worst, there's always plan B, or a short drive (<5 miles) to the border of a state where it's legal.

Tell me, "I DGAF about other people" without saying, "I DGAF about other people".
I just don't get how people care about things that don't affect them. I live in a blue state (one of the bluest in the country) and I saw a ton of female high school classmates of mine going to protests over Roe. I've also seen the biggest pro-abortion advocates be people that'll never need an abortion anyway - obese women and gays.
Indiana law outlines three narrow exceptions: rape or incest, lethal fetal anomalies, and saving a mother’s life or preventing serious health risks. Doctors must write a report about the patient’s case and include supporting facts or reasoning in their medical record. Abortions can now only be legally performed in the state’s hospitals or surgical centers owned by hospitals — and the vast majority are happening in Marion County, according to state data.

"Indiana's law will bar abortions except in cases of lethal fetal anomaly, rape or incest, or when the woman's life or health are seriously jeopardized"
The abortion topic is one of the nation's great red herrings. Ultimately, the Federal Government cannot outright ban abortion without setting a legal/SCOTUS precedent that would outright screw up Federal lawmaking completely, let alone a large number of other agendas relevant to whoever wants it. It's an ideological Cold War.
Everyone at the Congressional level supporting abortion knows this. If they didn't know, the CIA or a veteran Congressperson filled them in at some point. It's one of many Federal psyops.
Regardless of how life was 40-50 years ago, if you want or need an abortion or Plan B, you will always have a reasonable option near your home to get one.
That is absolutely NOT true.
Currently there are 13 states with a total ban on abortion (with some exceptions...all of them allow if there's a threat to the patient's life, some for rape or incest):
Idaho
Indiana
West Virginia
South Dakota
Missouri
Kentucky
Tennessee
Arkansas
Oklahoma
Texas
Alabama
Mississippi
Louisiana
Then, there are 5 other states with 6 weeks bans.
Having access to an abortion should not be dependent on what state you live in. This needs to be back to a national policy.
Why do you care so much about what people making more than $400,000 a year get taxed? You don't make that much. Why do you care so much about lowering their tax bill for them?

I was talking about a unilateral Federal ban on abortion, which is different and obviously farther reaching than what you mentioned. Yes, some people have to cross state lines to get one, but that's not because of a Federal nationwide ban.

When you criminalize abortion, you are criminalizing sex. That's why people protest. That's why red states like NB vote for abortion rights.
The article in the NYT states that abortions are happening at the same rate as before the overturning of Roe, so the abortion panic seems to be severely over blown.
BTW I am VERY prochoice, it just seems like a case challenging restrictions based on equal protection vs privacy should be what decides it. Also most states have restrictions that are pretty much on par with most of Europe.

Yes. There should be a human life amendment that protects all innocent human beings from deliberate slaughter, including from direct abortion.
Child sacrifice is a core tenet of the demons in society and always has been. The Democrat Party worships themselves and not God, one of the greatest ways to show loyalty to their party is to kill unborn babies. If they don't kill them before they are born, so many look to destroy children by many other devious means later in their lives.

Interesting. In the US, about 85-86% of direct abortions are procured by single women. Of the remaining 14-15%, some are procured by women impregnated by someone other than the husband. Direct abortion in the US is overwhelmingly a consequence of sex between people unmarried to each other. The playas are the slayas.
The icon of playboys, Hugh Hefner, was a big advocate for direct abortion. It was one of the few times when he and so-called feminists (girls are disproportionately selected for direct abortion) got into the same political bed.
