Training in Boston is terrible for Distance running and he would have no training partners. Parker Wolfe would be an idiot to run for New Balance.

A city with harsh winters and not at altitude just isn't a great place to train....
Bingo Boston sucks to train. Also Parker had take what she could get with New Balance. It took months to sign a deal her Dad had I finally come way down.

No one who really cares about being the best distance runner picks Boston as a place to train. It’s basically forced on them by New Balance. Boston is the opposite in what a distance runner would look for.
Is thread filled with a bunch Nike sore losers? Nike lost out on Valby. Nike does not have the resources that it once did. NB does not force their athletes to be coached by Coogan or live in Boston.

Some pretty high standards here from RockHill Co and 3rd Choice posters… maybe they were coached by Percy Cerutty? Or Jumbo Elliot? John Wooden?
Can never be sure but I wonder if Olympians Elle, Heather, and Emily might be pleased, maybe even excited, by the coaching they’ve received from Mark.
Didn’t he also coach some 7-time NCAA champion and Olympian from Dartmouth?
