There needs to be a combined multi-million dollar investment from every major sports federation into making better, faster, drug tests.
Make a $100 Million anti-dopping prize for the first startup to invent an automated, verifiable, consistent and sub-1hour test that costs only a few dollars per test.
Then make those tests available to every team in every professional organization (and high level like NCAA) and say if you don't send in monthly tests for your participants you cannot play.
Race Directors would love that no? They can deny all kinds of payouts before mailing checks, no clawbacks or tarnishing the race name needed.
Of course it's going to make TourDeFrance boring and roll back all records but still, worth it.
