that 3k could be sick. Bosley still has the CR, right? I wonder if they'll get close to it. Didn't Quax just run 13:16 in a B heat? Robinson and Sprout haven't looked great recently, but now is about the time they should be rounding into form. NCAA qualification is gonna take 7:4low, so dipping under 7:40 is realistic for a field this strong.
I might be most excited for Quax, though. I didn't realize it, but he ran 3:39 as a freshman. That 13:16 is easily his best time, and he might be ready to challenge 7:40 too. Him, Las Heras, Nico, Colin, and Bosley can probably all run sub-7:45 in the same race.
Dang this was pretty good. I'm glad I mentioned Las Heras, because I didn't see him on the start lists, but he ended up running 7:37. Robinson ran 7:36, Colin ran 7:48, Quax ran 7:39. Bosley was like 15s slower than I predicted, and Sprout was a bit slower too, but not too bad.
Also great race from Matt Strangio for 7:39. I feel like I haven't heard of him since HS. I see he's run 3:55/13:30, but 7:39 is a different level. Good for him :)

The race went out pretty quick (~2:01 at 800) and Sprout was near the front while others hung back some.
