Kessler was 19 when he ran 7:39 actually
converting an altitude acclimated mile by Young down by 9 seconds is ludicrous
think about this , because this was my point. Kessler was 5 seconds better at 1500m going into this year. Using straight line math, but not even the 5 secs, you would give Kessler 3:53/4 ar altitude so 3:44 or 3:45 mile?
i wish that were true, and hope so but doubt it.
Thats why i think Nico's run may be a 3:53 maybe 52 effort, not givibg away 9 secs to a guy training at altitude for 3 years
