Yep and Emma is probably more in charge of her training than Joe is. He's the team bus driver and bottle washer, really. And that can work nicely for athletes coming out of a highly-structured, corporate-branded team environment looking for more freedom and autonomy with a modicum of support and professional training partners at altitude.
