Initially, this thread was entitled "UCLA track coach, Sean Brosnan, Fired for NCAA violations" but we changed it as Brosnan told us he was simply not renewed for next year.
If the allegations are true, Brosnan's not a victim, he's the perp. The school is likely going to face penalties because of his actions. He's not a victim.
I looked via a 3rd party app, and I don’t see the latest announcement. But he has one from two days ago saying he is going to announce something big (2024?), and one before that where he is going to Big Bear to check out altitude camp accommodations.
Brosnan just posted an Instagram story that he's going live at 930pm EST.
Just watch the live video and he said his contract was not renewed, so not exactly being "fired." He also mentioned some other coaches "he used to look up to" were spreading rumors about NCAA violations, etc, but didn't name who.
Basically just said that one of his bosses didn't want him there and failed to renew his contract. Was very clear about no NCAA violations taking place.
Apparently his contract was not renewed he specifically said there was no ncaa violation and it was just that a higher up at ucla did not like how he coached
That’s false information he was not fired for NCAA violations. His contract was not renewed because some higher ups didn’t like the way “he lead the team.” Stupid really. They lost a good coach. Prob some slow walk in complained he didn’t give them enough attention.

Wasn’t there a female athlete that entered the portal and announced at UCLA the next day and we all thought she had to have been recruited before entering the portal?
