2023 guesses for top teams grouped by tiers. They are roughly in order of predicted finish but i was thinking more of the tiers than the order of finish when making this, though NAU is the heavy favorite for me. Should be noted that i have no idea what i'm talking about.
I honestly have no idea what to do with Tulsa. They historically seem to always find guys but they only have one guy returning who finished in the top 200 last year from what i see.

Most likely, yes. Nico and Bosley went 2-3 last year and the only guy to beat them, Hicks, went pro. There's a decent shot they go 1-2, and even if they don't they both will be almost guranteed to be top 5. Getting an elite transfer in as well, they're gonna be the favorite I'd say.
Doubt Tulsa is Top 15 but with how good they've been the past few years, they shouldn't drop off too much surely? They seem to find international guys out of nowhere each year
