In fairness to her, once I read the entire post on the website it doesn't come across with any animosity towards NC State. She said she doesn't regret going there or staying as long as she did.

All that said, and this isn't based on any inside knowledge, I never got the impression that she totally fit in with the other team members at NC State. I could be wrong, but different teams have different cultures. Not that one is right and one is wrong, but not everyone jives everywhere.

Nevada has a nice National Champion trophy to show for it.

True. What percentage of the population are you talking about. Millions live in poverty. More than 1/2 get divorced. But you think one who transfers from Stanford to NC State is in the 1% who make the best decisions?

Does Citadel recruit from NC state? Does Jane Street? Does KKR? Does Silver Lake? Does Goldman Sachs?

Pretty sure she isn't looking to work for KKR. There are a ton of other good companies that hire college graduates from all sorts of schools.

She has a BS in fashion and no work experience and NC State on her degree. Sounds like a great candidate for Walmart.

Since you brought up academics, Syracuse’s aren’t superior to NC State’s. Both are solid but roughly equivalent.

Huh? She’s a psych/English major, wanting to do some pro running, correct? So she is going to altitude in fostering that dream.

I know very well a male NC State runner and his parents. My daughter was his high school coach. I run into that runner’s dad on occasion and he’s well plugged into what is going on with the team. This is true of the women’s team as well because his son is close to one of them. The assumption that Tuohy is disliked by her teammates is a load of crap. Quite the opposite is true.
