Good opportunity to catch up on the results from other conferences
And we’re back!
Random question but does anyone know why multis are choosing to run the 400 hurdles?

Is Abdalla really just pacing
Women's 5k here we go.
Huge pack of runners.
Separation already with Valby to lead w/ Olemomoi and Chelangat
Valby looks strong. she loves to front run and control the pace. my only concern is the humidity.

She is squeezing it down to 72's. This is moving fast now.

Parker Valby was bred to THRIVE in the humidity.....LIKE A SALAMANDER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Valby seems to be limping but isn't slowing down. what a fighter.
Olemomoi is right there
Valby ftw, Chelangat almost got her at the line. So close.

Owens-Delerme had been dealing with some injuries and they didn't think it would be good for his recovery to do the Decathlon at SEC and ncaa so they decided to let him try the hurdles and probably run on the 4x4.
That was tough to watch. Gutsy running no doubt, but I fear for her health.
ARK neutralized Valby's win going 5 6 7 8, perhaps no Wilson needed on 4x4.

agree, she's only a sophomore and she's already had 2 pretty big injuries.
